The voluntary, employee paid, GPFSA is a flexible spending arrangement option that permits a participant to contribute to an account for pre-tax reimbursement of certain qualifying medical care expenses.

The voluntary, employee paid, Dependent Care FSA allows employees to set aside pre-tax money to pay for dependent care expenses.
